Therefore, to find new ways to save water is an urgent task. First, we should pass strict laws to control any waste of water. Second, scientists must work even harder to purify sea water and polluted water, and try to find substitutes to reduce the use of fresh water.

Finally,we should exploit fresh water resources by making use of underground water, desahing seawater, and even purifying water already polluted.
These are not the best and the only three measures we can take.

In short, the global shortage of fresh water can be solved if some measures are taken right away.
