　　with the development of economy, peoples living standard has been enormously improved, and with the improvement of peoples living standard, supermarkets are springing up like mushrooms. every day, especially at weekends, crowds of shoppers flock towards supermarkets and smilingly come out with rich harvests. the enthusiasm of the shoppers is induced by the superiorities of the supermarket.

　　firstly, it is very convenient to do shopping in the supermarket. what you need do is walk your handcart along the aisles and take anything you need from the shelve8 to fill your cart.

　　secondly, the market provides a bumper variety of goods.food, clothes, daily articles, drinks, books, home electric appliances all are within your arms reach.

　　thirdly, the environment is clean and comfortable with all-year-round ventilation and air-condition.

　　fourthly, payment is made easily, either in cash or with a card. and you dont have to wait long.

　　fifthly, often, small gifts like soft toys, beauty-parlour coupons and instant lucky draws are offered to customers.

　　naturally,people like shopping in supermarkets althoug unnecessary things. but the net time they do shopping,they completely forget it.

　　I go to attend claeveryday morning excluding weekend .In the class I just listening to lectures, and my teachers and classmates discuss the problem.After class, ofen i go to play basketball or badminton with my friends.

　　In the evening,i have two hours for study by oneself in scheduled time, and then go back to my dormitory and surf on the internet.At the weekend,i take part in some part-time jobs and go to the Einglish Corner sometimes.

　　All in all,life in the University is beatiful and substantial for me.And I believe I will achieve my self-value through the university life .

　　Many factors may make a contribution toone’s success, such as diligence, honesty, patience, responsibility and so on.Besides, as far as I am concerned, self-confidence is also an important and indispensable factor to contribute to one’s success.

　　有很多因素可以促使一个成功，如勤奋，诚实，耐心，责任等。此外，在我看来，自信也是促成成功不可或缺的重要环节。

　　The following reasons can account for my above opinion. First,self-confidence is a kind of self-affirmation for our ability. A successful manis bound to believe in himself first so that he has courage and power to make some achievements. On the contrary, if he has great ability but does not believe himself enough, he will not be able to play his ability and power or at least can’t play fully. Second, self-confidence is a great motivation for us to keep trying and keep going. A self-confident man will try his best to achieveh is goal again and again rather than say “no” or give up when he is confronted with hardship. In addition, a self-confident but not arrogant man usually brings some positive influence to the whole situation in a team. People around the man will be affected by his confidence and become confident for their teamwork.

　　以下几个理由可以解释我的观点。首先，自信是对自己能力的一种肯定。一个成功的人首先一定要相信自己，这样他才有勇气和力量去做出一些成绩。相反，如果他有很有能力，却不相信自己的话，他将无法发挥自己的能力和力量，至少不能充分发挥。第二，自信是我们不断努力前进的动机。一个自信的人会竭尽全力一次又一次的`实现自己的目标而不是在面临困难的时候说“不”或放弃。此外，一个有自信而不傲慢的人通常会给整个团队带来积极的影响。周围的人都会被他的信心影响，从而对他们的团队有信心。

　　In summary, self-confidence is a significant character and quality in one’s success. Therefore, we should try to develop our confidence but not arrogance to some extent so that we can succeed in our study or work.

　　总之，在人的成功道路中自信是很重要的因素。因此，我们要努力让我们在某种程度上自信而不自大，这样我们才可以在学习或工作上取得成功。

Thinking about Chinas economy development some hold the view that it is necessary for China to implement one child policy. While others think that one child policy does no good to childrens growing up. I am in favor of the latter opinion.

　　Firstly one child policy will make children feel lonely. It means every couple only has one child. We know clearly that there is not everything children are willing to tell their parents. Growing up with no brother or sister, the child may be easily in mental problem such as autism. In addition, parents with only one child will spoil their child overly. As a consequence the child will be the so called little emperor or little princess. When the child grows up it is difficult for the child to adapt to the world the society

　　All in all to some extent one child policy will solve the large population problem but from the perspective of long term development of china it does no good. Because we must take the young generations healthy growing up into consideration.
