Nowadays,with the development of the computer technology,the internet is becoming more and more popular.You can find computers and the internet nearly everywhere in our life,from work to study.Even,the internet is becoming one of the most important parts in our social life.However, some young people,especially some of the students, are too addicted to the net surfing.To this phenomenon, it's vital to analyze the reasons and take measure to combat it.
Possible reasons for this are as follows.On the one hand,Internet addiction is excessive time devoted to Internet use. A person might have difficulty cutting down on his or her online time even when they are threatened with poor grades or loss of a job. On the other hand ,when they have bad mood,they will devote to internet to eliminate their pain . That will not be good, even harmful for their hearts,health and their attitude towards the world,only because the internet is so complicated that it is not easy for the young people to control themselves.
As far as I'm concerned ,bring the advantages of the Internet into full play,and reduce the disadvantage to the minimum at the same time .In that case ,we will definitely make a better use of Internet. After all,as the sayings goes "the fittest is the best ".

Nowadays university graduates have different job outlooks. For most of them, to find a job with satisfactory pay is their most important wish while majority want to be self – employed. However, a certain number of graduates are not in a hurry to hunt for jobs.

They advise that graduates should find a regular, full-time job as quickly as possible so that they can earn money to support themselves and get working experience, which will help to find a better position later. Sport plays an important role in our daily life. Most of us begin our day with some kind of exercise or sport. Athletics is part of our university curriculum. Many students play on either the departmental or university sports team after a hard day of class.
Some people take sports far too seriously. Some people are only interested in how their favourite sports team does: they don't care much about their country or the rest of the world. These people often get into fights if their team loses.
When I have time for sports there is one that I like more than any other. I find bas ketball both a physical and a mental challenge. Runing, jumping, and shooting, are also enjoyable and healthful sports.
