Women are playing an increasingly important part in society today. The tittle when women were only confined to the kitchen and looked after their children at home is gone. Instead, they have gone out their homes and taken up many jobs such as drivers, doctors, scientists and even top managers which used to be dominated by men. Now we can say for sure what men can do is equally done by women. With the changes in their social role,women's position in some families has been improved as well. Today, husbands and wives are equal in their families. They share the housework, make family decisions and make joint efforts to deal with family problems. In other words,they share both sorrows and happiness together. In spite of these, the liberation of women has not been completely realized. In some areas women are still second-class citizens. Besides women usually can't enjoy equal pay even if they do the same jobs as men do. All these are unfair. So it is still a long way to go for women to fight for their complete liberation.

In this day and age, getting an off-campus apartment has been a prevailing issue across the nation. There are many reasons accounting for this phenomenon.
To begin with, they think that it is a chance to close to the community and sharpen themselves. What’s more, through it can offer them own personal space and can do what they love to do arbitrarily. More still, it is an effective way to reduce the conflicts between their roommates and themselves. In addition, the condition of off-campus apartment is superior to the dormitory, which will make their life more flexible. But from my own perspective, it is not a favorable way for college students to treasure themselves. There are main two reasons to supporting my opinion.
Firstly, our college students, the majority of whom are fresh out of middle school incapable of resisting some bad temptations. It makes them easily indulge in some evil affairs. And if they adhere to the self-control relatively groups, they are very easy to be influenced by the outside surroundings. Given to

on the night of february 17, 1981 i was studying for an organic chemistry test at the library with sharon, my girlfriend of three years. sharon had asked me to drive her back to her dormitory as it was getting quite late. we got into my car, not realizing that just getting into a car would never quite be the same for me again. i quickly noticed that my gas gauge was registered on empty so i pulled into a nearby convenience store to buy 2.00 worth of gas. ll be back in two minutes, i yelled at sharon as i closed the door. but instead, those two minutes changed my life forever.
