Everyone has a dream, so do I. My dream job is to be a reporter. If I become a famous reporter, I will be famous and I will make lots of money. I will be rich. I can do lots of things. For example, I will be able to travel around the world. I will buy a big house for my parents and a car for myself. But if I am famous, I may have lots of trouble, my people will watch me all the time and they will follow me here and there, I can’t do everything I like to do and also it will be hard for me to realize who my really friends are , maybe I won’t be. A fair number of young people in my country go to spend time living abroad for different purposes. In most cases they go for study in their special subject, or to leam and get
more practice in the language of that country. Others go to work there, either as part of their training or because they can get better pay.
A lot of people are satisfied with just learning or working; they go to classes or earn money and thats enough. They get to know very little about the country itself; its interesting places, its scenery and its history, what sort of ideas the people have and how they live.
If I went abroad, ld travel around the country as much as I could and try to get to know as many people as possible, and ld hope to make some real friends.

i am delighted to learn that you are going to visit me during the week long holiday. i am writing this letter to etend the sincere welcome of our family, and tell you our arrangement during the holiday.
on the first two days, i will show you round our city, which is famous for its long history. we will visit some of the most famous historical sites and some scenic spots in and round the city. i know you are fond of swimming. so on the third day, we can go swimming in a river not far away from my home. i think it will be very pleasant and refreshing to swim in such hot summer days. on the net day, we can play golf or tennis with some of my friends if you like. they are also glad on hearing that you are coming very soon. on the last two days, we can stay at home to watch tv, vcd or read books to have a rest.just phone me before you set off, i will meet you at the station. there is no need for you to take anything with you. ill prepare everything for you. i am sure you witt enjoy every minute when you are here.
