父亲节英语作文
Fathers Day is coming. The art teacher assigned an assignment to make a special greeting card for his father. It must have a bounce on it.
I want to show my skill and design carefully to surprise my father. I drew my fathers favorite plum blossom and weeping willow on this card, and made a little bee and a little butterfly. After pasting them, they can bounce back and forth, which is very lovely. I wrote blessings in it and left a whisper. I also named my card brand "do hi card".
When Dad came home, he received this pretty greeting card and praised it repeatedly, while mom whispered.
Today is fathers day. In the morning, I was still sleeping. I was awakened by a doorbell. It was my father who came back. Dad has been on a business trip for half a month. Today is fathers day. Dad is back. Im so happy!
My father works hard. He seldom works at home in a year. He works hard to earn money for our familys happiness! I love my father, and my father also loves me. When my father is at home, he always takes me out to play, buys me toys and delicious food. At night, my father always tells me stories before I go to bed. 今天是父亲节，早上我还在睡梦中，被一阵门铃声惊醒了，原来是爸爸回来了。爸爸出差半个月了，今天刚好是父亲节爸爸正好也回来了，我好高兴啊！
爸爸辛辛苦苦的，一年在家的时候很少，为了我们一家能过得幸福，爸爸挣钱好辛苦！我爱爸爸，爸爸也爱我，爸爸在家的时候总是带我出去玩，给我买玩具、买好吃的，晚上睡觉爸爸总是给我讲故事我才睡觉。今天父亲节了，我对爸爸低声说：“爸爸你辛苦了，爸爸祝您节日快乐！”嘿嘿……我害羞不好意思说。

Yesterday was Father's Day. I had planned to give my father a present. But I didn't remember it until in the morning.It was too late to post a card to him. So I decided to buy something. When I was in the department store. I found it was not easy for me to choose something right for him.
Suddenly I got an idea. I ran home and opened my computer. I made a beautiful card and mailed him through the Internet. then I began to make supper. When father came home, he was very glad to find a big meal on the table. then I asked him to check his e-mail. He was amazed to find a beautiful card in his e-mail-box.

You know, Dad, there was a time when we were not only separated by the generation gap but completely polarized by it. You stood on one side of the Great Divide and I on the other, father and daughter split apart by age and experience, opinions, hairstyles, cosmetics, clothing, curfews, music, and boys.

You were so decent about it, Dad, and I think that was probably what made it the worst night of my life.
Our relationship improved immensely when I married a man you liked, and things really turned around when we begin making babies right and left. We didn't have a television set, you know, and we had to entertain ourselves somehow. I didn't know what to expect of you and Mom as grandparents but I didn't have to wait long to find out. Those babies adored you then just as they adore you now. When I see you with all your grandchildren, I know you’ve given them the finest gift a grandparent can give. You’ve given them yourself.
