今天妈妈教我炒菜，我听了很高兴，二话不说地走进厨房。

我做一盘“木耳炒猪肉”，我先拿出蒜头，把它打碎，再扒掉皮。然后拿出锅来，把锅洗得干干净净后放在煤气炉上，我自告奋勇地打开煤气开关，只听“啪”的`一声，我吓得闭上眼睛，心怦怦跳的，睁开眼一看，还没有点着，我再开一次火点燃了。我倒了一些油加热，然后把准备好的蒜头放进锅里炸。一转眼洁白的蒜头变得金黄了，香气四溢，我赶紧倒下木耳，“啪”刺耳的声音吓了我一大跳。接着下了猪肉和撒了少许的盐。我拿着铲子笨手笨脚地翻一遍，把盖子盖上，心总算平静下来。

过了一会儿，菜炒好了，木耳黑得似发，猪肉又香又脆，我夹起一块木耳来吃，啊！真香。
