复活节是纪念主耶稣基督在十字架受刑死后复活的节日,基督徒和西方信基督教的国家都过这个节。
因复活节是纪念主耶稣复活，所以是基督教最重要的一个节日。根据圣经上的记载，上帝的儿子耶稣出生在犹太伯利恒镇客栈的马厩中，当祂三十岁的'时候，开始传道，并先后挑选了十二个门徒跟随祂。三年半中，祂医病、传道、赶鬼，帮助各样有需要的人，将天国的道理说给人听。一直到上帝所安排的时候到了，耶稣基督被门徒犹大所出卖，被捉拿、拷问。最后由罗马帝国犹太行省的执政官本丢·彼拉多下旨让罗马兵丁钉死在十字架上。耶稣在世时曾多次预言自己受死但三日后必复活，果然在第三日，耶稣复活了!按圣经旧约的预言和新约的记载，耶稣基督乃是道成肉身的神的儿子，来世上为要赎世人的罪，成为世人的代罪羔羊，这也是为什么复活节如此重要了。
耶稣虽然像犯人一样被钉十字架，祂死并不是因为祂有罪，而是要按上帝的计划替世人赎罪。现在祂从死里复活，表示祂为我们赎罪成功。任何人只要信靠祂,向祂认罪，就可得上帝赦免。
而耶稣的复活，代表祂胜过了死亡，所以凡是信靠祂的人，都有永生，就是可以永远和耶稣在一起。因为，耶稣现在仍然活着，所以祂听得见我们向祂的祷告，会看顾我们每天的生活，赐力量给我们，让每一天都充满了希望。

The meaning of many different customs observed during Easter Sunday have been buried with time. Their origins lie in pre-Christian religions and Christianity. All in some way or another are a "salute to spring," marking re-birth. The white Easter lily has come to capture the glory of the holiday. The word "Easter" is named after Eastre, the Anglo-Saxon goddess of spring. A festival was held in her honor every year at the vernal equinox (春分).
People celebrate the holiday according to their beliefs and their religious denominations (命名). Christians commemorate Good Friday as the day that Jesus Christ died and Easter Sunday as the day that He was resurrected (复活). Protestant settlers brought the custom of a sunrise service, a religious gathering at dawn, to the United States.
This year Easter will be celebrated on Sunday April 11, 20xx. On Easter Sunday children wake up to find that the Easter Bunny has left them baskets of candy. He has also hidden the eggs that they decorated earlier that week. Children hunt for the eggs all around the house. Neighborhoods and organizations hold Easter egg hunts, and the child who finds the most eggs wins a prize.
The Easter Bunny is a rabbit-spirit. Long ago, he was called the" Easter Hare." Hares and rabbits have frequent multiple births so they became a symbol of fertility. The custom of an Easter egg hunt began because children believed that hares laid eggs in the grass. The Romans believed that "All life comes from an egg." Christians consider eggs to be "the seed of life" and so they are symbolic of the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
Why we dye, or color, and decorate eggs is not certain. In ancient Egypt, Greece, Rome and Persia eggs were dyed for spring festivals. In medieval Europe, beautifully decorated eggs were given as gifts.

最近我看到过一个这样的故事，这个故事讲着一条巨蛇引路救妇女是在 在印尼亚齐省省会班达亚齐，一名女子在一条大蛇的指引下，抵达安全地点。26岁女子丽扎说，20xx年12月26日，她住的村落被巨浪淹没，慌乱中人们纷纷逃命。
这时，一名女邻居因为受了重伤，请丽扎带自己的一对双胞胎逃生，她于是背起了双胞胎。在与急流搏斗时，她看见一条大蛇从左侧顺着洪流游去，她就跟大蛇一直游，结果抵达了安全的地方。事后，丽扎说："很奇怪，当时见到大蛇，我并不感到惊慌。"而且，大蛇也没有咬她们。
是啊，只要我们善待动物，那么动物也会善待你，但如果你伤害了动物，哪受伤害的就不知是你一个人而是人类。就在近些年来我人类时时刻刻都在破坏着生物链，而因此许多动物都因为我们人类的搏杀而死亡、灭绝。甚至有些人为了钱把一些珍稀动物的皮毛做成衣服！还有些人把动物当成了实验品，据统计每年有250万的动物死于药物试验，在这个世界，动物们被用于洗发水，化妆品，癌症药品的试验，人虽然与动物是不相同的，但人与动物却有着相同的生存权利，它们也有求生的欲望，所以人类不能去这样大量的用动物做试验。现在之所以这么多的动物都来攻击我们，是因为我们对他们的破坏，所以要想动物也会善待你，你就要善待动物。
