一、安全工作相关事项
1、重新明确各类安全工作责任。安全工作责任包括：班主任安全工作责任、总务主任安全工作责任、各功能室负责人安全工作责任、德育处主任安全工作责任、年级长安全工作责任、科任教师安全工作责任、校内教工宿舍住户安全工作责任等。以上责任书的明确，较好地履盖了学校安全工作的方方面面，提高了全校教职工对安全工作的高度认识，做到责任明确、措施落实。
2、定期检查更新各项安全设备设施，做到未雨绸缪、防患于未然。检查的内容包括消防栓、应急灯、灭火器、实验室、食堂、图书馆、体育场、会议室、教室等。做到校内没有易燃易爆物品。实验室内带有腐蚀性的物品妥善保管并严格按照规定的程序操作使用。上下楼梯有明确的批示牌和班级学生分流指示。
3、宣讲安全知识、普及安全常识。邀请了交警中队的干警讲解交通安全知识。多方宣传用电、用气等安全知识，普及家用电器的正确使用操作方法。特别是当发生火灾险情时必须注意的几个问题及灭火器的正常使用方法等。
4、召开安全教育的主题班会课。由德育处统一印发安全教育材料，包括安全知识，安全警报等。班主任进行宣讲，让学生进行讨论，以提高对安全工作的认识。学校还利用VCD光盘、黑板报、宣传栏等形式，全方位宣传安全工作。
5、定期反馈一段时间来学校安全工作，及时查找问题排除隐患。一学期来分三个阶段反馈学校的主要安全工作记录，力求做到有安全隐患及时排除、安全工作及早布置、安全措施及早落实、安全警钟长鸣。
6、认真抓好安全教育周的各项工作。根据教育局对安全教育的.要求，检查消防设施，明确实验室、教室、体育馆、各办公室管理人员的工作职责等。
7、明确校园安全规定。主要内容有：①不私自游泳，以防溺水事故；②不进网吧、酒吧、歌舞厅等娱乐场所；③不骑摩托车和驾驶其他机动车辆；④外出告知父母，不在外住宿；⑤注意饮食卫生以防传染病；⑥注意用电、用气安全，防火防盗等。
8、定期联系家长，齐抓共管，不断提高家长对安全工作的认识。暑假、五一和国庆长假，学校都进行假期表现调查，以保证学生在假期中的安全。
二、安全工作的主要经验
1.、高度重视安全工作，把安全工作看作是一件政治任务来抓，认识到安全工作关系到家庭的幸福、社会的稳定，树立“安全至上”、“安全责任重于泰山”的思想意识，严防死守，层层落实，责任到人，对安全工作要小题大做、捕风捉影，保持对安全工作的高度敏感性。
2.、坚决贯彻执行上级各部门有关安全工作的文件，对上级布置的每一项安全工作有计划、有落实、有检查、有反馈、有整改，真正提高安全工作的管理水平。
3.、对安全教育工作实行群防群治，定期对学生家长进行安全教育，要求家长认真督促检查子女的安全工作，把安全工作从校内做到校外。
三、安全工作的主要存在问题及今后努力方向
1、加强对学生的法纪教育、社会道德教育、文明意识教育是抓好学生安全教育的根本。学生的法纪意识提高了，就会自觉遵守学校的各项规章制度，对学校三申五令的安全教育就会做到有令必行，有禁必止。
2、安全工作只有起点没有终点，须做到警钟长鸣，这是项长期的复杂的系统工程，须从讲政治的高度认识并做好这一关系到千家万户的工作。
