前不久，第五届乐加乐英语卓越奖评选出炉，人大附中高二年级马燕妮以连续三年的较高成绩，获得金卓越奖。自从马燕妮上高中之后，学习生活就非常 的忙碌。不管怎么忙，不论她的其他的科目成绩如何波动，她的英语成绩永远都保持领先优势。她平时是怎么学习英语的呢，她是如何保持稳定地英语水平的呢?最 近小编在邮件中与马燕妮进行了一次对话。
英语学习是在日常生活中一点一滴渗透积累的 不需要做计划
非常小的时候，马燕妮就对英语产生了浓厚的兴趣。对于何时爱上英语，她现在还记忆犹新：因为看到英语书印的比别的书漂亮，自己就非常喜欢，一直到现 在还喜欢英语。现在的她有空的时候爱看美剧，还喜欢上英语网站，比如Big Bang，就是很有意思的美剧，尽管有的内容和中国传统文化所倡导的偏差比较大。英文网站如New York Times和Mirror什么的还是挺有意思的，Mirror一般比较短，而且内容比较小报，New York Times相对难度大一点。平时我看到有意思的句子或是题目都会记下来，一点一滴的'积累，英语自然就会学好。
燕妮认为英语学习不需要做什么计划，要学好英语就要将英语学习渗透到生活中，利用每分每秒，一点一滴来学习英语。
语法提升成绩稳定 完形题目比阅读题有意思
马燕妮认为，在课内学好英语还有一点就是课上认真听讲。当堂课的英语知识尽量当堂记住，这样能有效的提高课堂的效率。在课外学的最多的就是乐加乐英语目标班的讲义了。她目前在乐加乐郭大米老师的英语目标班里学习。
起初燕妮只是因为乐加乐英语离学校近，比较方便，所以才报了班。学着学着，就慢慢发现乐加乐英语班里讲的语法对她帮助还是挺大的。刚开始学英语，燕妮 就凭自己的语感来考试，成绩不是很稳定。但是后来参加了培训班，她发现语法的学习会帮她更稳定性和更有把握地做题了。随后她的英语成绩就慢慢稳定了。提起 她在乐加乐的老师郭大米，她评价道：郭老师平时总会压着我们背啊、写啊什么的，当时觉得作业有点多，完成了之后帮助还是很大的。老师挺认真的，而且教学 经验和人生阅历都比较丰富，就是爱拖堂，囧。
当问及马燕妮是否有独创的学习方法，马燕妮说：创的学习方法倒是没有。不过我喜欢研究难度比较高、陷阱比较多的题，因为我发现当自己绕过去一个坑的时候是最有成就感的。
燕妮平时还比较喜欢做完型填空题，觉得比阅读有意思得多。阅读的话，其实要想做得有意思一点，就是在短时间内快速浏览最后看正确率。她说。
爱好丰富 喜欢金卓越奖发的书
除了学习成绩好，燕妮还有音乐天赋。她比较喜欢弹钢琴，现在还会做点小曲子，偶尔会在同学面前show一下。
回想起第一次参加卓越奖，她说其实是老师在班里发了一张表，她就填了，没想到就得奖了，没有什么目的性。现在参加卓越奖主要是为了那些作为奖品的书她坦白地说卓越奖发的书都相当不错，肯定还会继续参加，得奖就得让我继续努力了。

早上6点-8点：一日之计在于晨，对一般人来说，疲劳已消除，头脑最清醒，体力亦充沛，是学习的黄金时段
早上8点-9点：据试验结果显示，此时人的耐力处于最佳状态，正是接受各种“考验”的好时间可安排难度大的攻坚内容
上午9点-11点：试验表明这段时间短期记忆效果很好对“抢记”和马上要考核的东西进行“突击”，可事半功倍
正午13点-14点：饭后人易疲劳，夏季尤其如此休息调整一下，养精蓄锐，以利再战最好休息，也可听轻音乐但午休切莫过长
下午15点-16点：调整后精神又振，试验表明，此时长期记忆效果非常好可合理安排那些需“永久记忆”的东西
傍晚17点-18点：试验显示这是完成复杂计算和比较消耗脑力作业的好时间这段时间适宜做复杂计算和费劲作业
晚饭后：应根据各人情况妥善安排
早晚背英语单词效果都很好哦，词汇量是英语的重点，可以结合有效的记忆法和工具达到事半功倍的效果.

2.要记好笔记,你觉得重要的或需要巩固的都记下来.课后一定要好好复习,仔细抓住知识点.

3，摆好心态，不要指望一口吃个胖子只要有进步，就要开心不要因为进步不大就心灰意冷，或者心烦意乱。
4，速度可以适当快一些，因为成年人的理解能力会更强保证一定的速度对提升自己的信心和成就感有好处。
5，扎实，但是也不要苛求自己一开始就弄懂所有的东西，有些东西可以暂时放一放，以后随着自己水平的提高会自然解决的。
6，不耻下问非常重要，不要因为脸皮薄就放着问题不问，想一想，铲除一座障碍，你就会走的更远。
7，持之以恒，坚持到底，还要对自己要狠一些。

The reason to study XX at University of XX in Canada
Born into the 90's Chinese city of Chengdu, I have grown up in a time of huge economic upheaval. Surrounded by an-ever changing economic environment, I remembered asking my father what exchange rates were. Over the years, my initial childhood curiosity has grown into a passion for economics. As my understanding improved, newspapers and magazines on economics and globalization became my favorite readings. I see economics more like a powerful tool helping us understand the world better. It was no surprise when I chose Economics without hesitation as major at University of XX, which is located next to North America’s busiest international border crossing. Facing one of Canada’s most beautiful waterfronts on the Detroit River, this school is providing a good atmosphere for study. The reason I choose Canada as my study destination is that Canada is one of the world's largest economies.
Moreover, compared with US and Britain, Canada is able to offer international students the first-class education resources with lower expense and Canada is a peaceful, civilized and safe country. It is a good chance to receive high quality education and to experience diverse cultures. Meanwhile learning in a totally new environment to broaden my horizon is very attractive to me, as it will raise new challenges for me to conquer. Compared with somebody holding a Master degree from a Chinese university, a graduate holding one from North America which is not exam-oriented but quality-oriented is much more competitive in China’s labour market.
My overall educational goal
I believe my education at XX School has laid the groundwork towards the path I now intend to embark on. As the curriculum I learned is the same as Canada’s and all our classes are taught in English too. To improve our independency and communication skills, many trips have been included such as travel to Hong Kong, Japan, Korea to our activities. Anyway, first step of my plan is to overcome the language barrier and adjust myself into the new environment, including new teaching methods, cultural differences and enhancing mutual understanding between the Chinese and other people. In addition, the most important thing is to improve my academic ability.
Financial Support
My parents have sufficient funds to support my study in Canada.
