甲、乙双方本着平等互利，共同发展的原则，经双方友好协商，签订图书销售合同，以明确双方的权利、义务及责任。
第一条销售范围：
1、乙方享有甲方全部合法出版物在_____地区内的`发行销售权。

第二条甲方权利和义务
1、甲方保证所供图书是正式出版物，质量达到国家行业要求标准。
2、甲方收到乙方要货订单后，须在___个工作日内给予答复。对于乙方急需订购图书，甲方应在当天给予答复。

第三条乙方权利和义务
1、乙方应将订单传真、邮寄(或其它方式)给甲方，订单须乙方确认签名同时加盖公章方为有效。如采用形式传递给给甲方，乙方应注明“凭此传真件有效”;若电话报数应将订单原件邮寄给甲方。
2、订货、添货业务由乙方授权专人负责，该负责人有义务提供甲方委托销售图书的市场销售信息。
3、乙方在向终端用户销售时，可在甲方发货折扣的基础上浮不低于5个百分点;乙方批销折扣不得低于甲方发货折扣，乙方不得窜货和恶意竞争。
4、乙方应向下级代理商、零售商和最终用户发布甲方各种新书信息，并在本地区内积极宣传推广。
5、乙方应保证甲方图书不低于___个月的销售周期，争取销售量，扩大市场占有率。
6、一般图书甲方给予乙方___个月的帐期(重点图书另行商定)。乙方应保证按时回款，达到或超额完成甲方规定的回款要求。
7、乙方不得盗印或销售盗印的甲方图书，并与甲方联合打击盗版，以保证双方合法利益。
第四条结算折扣
1、甲方给予乙方供货折扣为___折，教材类图书(中高职教材图书、社会培训教材、教学软件类图书)，特殊图书按特殊情况处理。

第五条发货及验收

3、发运方式：甲方一般为汽运，也可根据乙方要求而定(在订货单上注明)。

第六条退货

2、若甲方对某种书进行清算，提前___个月书面通知乙方，乙方应在收到通知___个月内将该书余货退回甲方，逾期视为乙方该书已经销售。

4、退货规定;
(1)乙方退货须向甲方传真退书目录清单，得到甲方确认后方可退货。
(2)乙方退货的图书必须完好无损、无污渍，能正常销售。
(3)甲方收到乙方退货后，对图书进行清点，并在___个工作日内与乙方确认退货数量，残损图书由乙方负责。
(4)甲方的图书如出现质量问题或出版内容问题，乙方有权退货，由此产生的费用甲方应全额支付。
第七条帐款结算
1、甲乙双方业务负责人每月必须核对往来账目___次(每月___日至___日，按协议规定进行结算。
2、乙方每月月底前向甲方结算一次叁个月前的货款。
第八条合同终止及其他
1、本合同履行过程中，乙方若明显不能满足经销条件，不具备经销能力，甲方可撤销其经销资格和销售合同、并终止双方责权。甲方在合同终止前___天内通知乙方，在此期间双方应继续履行本合同。
2、双方中的任何一方如认为需要变更本合同条款，应提出书面意见，双方可另行商定。
3、甲乙双方在本合同执行期间发生争议，本着友好协商。协商不成，双方有权向当地仲裁机构提请民事诉讼。
4、本合同有效期自___年__月__日至___年__月__日。
5、本合同自双方当事人签署日起正式生效。
6、本合同部分条款无效不影响其他条款的效力，其他条款依然有效。

Every word in the chapter describes the word "love". From patriotism to friendship, and to the love between parents and child -- really touching.
