下午的.天气真好，于是我决定和妈妈去学校的操场打羽毛球，我们把单杠当球网，我发了好几球，妈妈都没能接住，看，我厉害吧，妈妈说身体是学习的本钱，有了还身体，才能更美好的学习生活，小朋友们，打羽毛球可是一项很好的健身运动哦，快来试试吧。
The weather in the afternoon was so good that I decided to play badminton with my mother in the school playground. We used the horizontal bar as the ball net. I played several balls, but my mother couldn't catch them. Look, I'm good. My mother said that the body is the cost of learning, and only by returning the body can we have a better life. 累了，我们坐了一边休息一会，后来回家了，妈妈说我今天表现很好，奖励我玩半个小时游戏，然后还看了动画片，真是快乐又充实的一天。
